The art project "Mika Ninagawa with EiM x Dogo Onsen DOGO ART" has opened at Dogo Onsen in Ehime Prefecture, marking the fourth collaboration between Mika Ninagawa and Dogo Onsen. This project will run for approximately 1 year and 5 months, the longest exhibition period in Ninagawa's career. The concept is "A Place for Blooming -A Place for Blooming-," aiming to evoke the layered memories of myth, history, literature, and life in the area through the form of flowers. This collaboration is a joint project between Ninagawa and the creative team EiM, which includes scientist Hiroaki Miyata, allowing for expressions that Ninagawa could not achieve alone. The installations span the entire town, including the historically significant Dogo Onsen Main Building, and an official shop, "Ninagawa Shoten," has also opened for the first time in Dogo.
