The Iida Printmaking Study Group, established in 1995, will hold its "25th Iida Printmaking Study Group Print Exhibition" starting November 3rd at the Iida City Museum of Art's Citizen Gallery. The group, whose members range from their 30s to 70s, operates under the guidance of printmaker Toshimi Kitano as an advisor, meeting twice a month for production. Kitano provides technical instruction and advice to help members best express their intended messages. The exhibition will feature over 50 pieces from 13 members plus supporting contributors, with a gallery talk and a copperplate printing demonstration scheduled for the opening day.
