Summary
The 'Eto Art Ema' (Zodiac Art Votive Tablet) featuring the next year's zodiac sign, the Horse ('Uma'), has been completed at Isasumi Shrine in Aizumisato Town and will be distributed to worshippers starting December 1st. The calligraphy used for the text is the posthumous writing of the late former Governor Isao Matsudaira, who has ties to the shrine. The standard ema costs 2,000 yen, while a dyed version featuring the characters 'Fukuju' (Good Fortune and Longevity) inscribed by the head priest Fumihiko Numazawa on the back costs 3,000 yen.
