An art exhibition featuring 97 works, including paintings and photographs created by Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) staff in their spare time, is currently being held at the Nihonbashi Mitsukoshi Main Store in Chuo Ward, Tokyo. This exhibition, which began in 1955 and has been held annually, is concluding with its 70th iteration. Prior to the opening, Superintendent General Yuji Sakoda stated that he hoped visitors would get a glimpse of the staff's side not usually seen in their daily duties.
