Kokugakuin University Museum will host a lecture and talk event related to the exhibition “A History of Gender Crossing”.Summary
Related events will be held at the Kokugakuin University Museum in Tokyo in conjunction with the special exhibition “A History of Gender Crossing – Being Both Male/Female and Female/Male.” On December 13th, a lecture titled “The History and Meaning of Gender Crossing” will be given by Junko Mimahashi, a researcher of socio-cultural history of gender. On January 31st, 2026, a talk event will be held featuring Margaret and Babi Enobitch (drag queens), and Professors Yoshiki Ohto and Taro Fukazawa from Kokugakuin University.
