The “Hiroshima MoCA FIVE 25/26” exhibition at the Hiroshima City Museum of Contemporary Art centers around the theme of “Memory.” Five artists – Itaiminao, Usui Minami, Uruno Kei, Kouname Saiko Chosaka Yume, and Hong Jun-won – were selected from a total of 280 submissions. The special judge for the exhibition is Hideno Kazuyoshi, Associate Professor at the Graduate School of Fine Arts, Tokyo University of the Arts, and Director of the International Art Center青森. The exhibition will run from December 20, 2025, to March 1, 2026, and will be accompanied by related programs such as an award ceremony and performances. Concurrent collection exhibitions will also be held.
