The fourth iteration of the "Hyakko Chakai" (Hundred Crafts Tea Ceremony) was held in Kanazawa City with the aim of re-recognizing and promoting the deep connection between Ishikawa's tea ceremony culture and its crafts to areas outside the prefecture. The event took place at the "Shoto-an" tea room on the grounds of the Kanazawa 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art. Participants enjoyed a serene atmosphere while savoring tea prepared by tea master and craft artist Sōkyū Nara. Tea bowls created by students from Kanazawa College of Art were also used.
