The committee meeting for the Reiwa 7 fiscal year is scheduled for January 14, Reiwa 8, and will be divided into a Collection Subcommittee (starting at 10:30 AM) and an Evaluation Subcommittee (starting at 2:00 PM), both held in the new building's conference room at the Tokyo Metropolitan Teien Art Museum. The committee's functions include investigating and reviewing matters related to the purchase, donation, and consignment of art materials, as well as evaluating the prices of materials under review. Public observation is by advance application only, limited to three people, and applications must be submitted via email by noon on January 7, Reiwa 8.
