[Kanagawa] "Shimada Shozo Exhibition" Related Events

The Yokosuka Museum of Art in Kanagawa Prefecture is hosting a series of related events for the "Shimada Shozo Exhibition," which opened on September 5. On September 20, a museum talk titled "Shimada Shozo: Another Figure" will be given by Kimoto Bunpei, director of the Hekinan City Fujii Tatsukichi Contemporary Art Museum, with advance registration and a lottery for 60 participants. On September 26, 27, and October 24, art appreciation classes and guide programs for junior high school students will be led by museum curators. On October 2 and 4, a program designed primarily for visually impaired visitors, "Discovering the Yokosuka Museum of Art's 'Recommended Works' by Touch," will be held with advance registration.
