Tokyo Art Beat will host its first-ever flea market, "ART BEAT FLEA-MARKET" (nicknamed ABF), on December 6 at New Gallery in Jinbocho. The event aims to complement Tokyo Art Beat's primarily online art information coverage by creating a relaxed place where art lovers can meet and interact in person. Vendors from various art-related backgrounds—including artists, an architect, an artist collective, gallery owners, and an editor—will sell ZINEs, used books, vintage clothing, miscellaneous goods, original merchandise, and furniture. Tokyo Art Beat staff will also join as vendors with their personal items, and original Tokyo Art Beat goods will be sold, with a free gift planned for members who visit. The event is scheduled from 11:00 to 19:00.
