This event is part of the "Tokyo Children's Arts and Culture Platform 'TOKYO Culture Debut,'" launched in fiscal year 2025. The platform aims to create children's first encounters with arts and culture by collaborating with corporations, private organizations, and municipalities to expand opportunities for cultural experiences in visual arts, music, theater, and traditional culture. At the park event, live performances, outdoor cinema, and cultural experience booths will be offered.
