The grand prize was awarded to 鶴田蓮人 (Haruto Tsuruta), a second-year student at Shoyo High School, for his oil painting "Impulse", marking the first time a high school student has won this honor. The exhibition features 370 displayed works and runs until September 27, with an admission fee of 500 yen and free entry for middle school students and below.
