The festival takes place in central Maebashi, Gunma Prefecture, with exhibitions scattered across over 20 locations including Arts Maebashi, Shiroyama Hotel, Teramachi Arts Center, Hausze Building, and Orion Street Shopping Arcade. The executive committee chair and general producer is Jin Tanaka (Chairman and CEO of JINS Holdings, Representative Director of the Tanaka Shin Foundation).
