Kirin Beer Co., Ltd. has launched the Fall 2026 semester course "Industry-Government-Academia Collaborative Program I 'GREEN'S FREE ACTION'" at Musashino Art University as the second phase of its "GREEN'S FREE ACTION" initiative for the non-alcoholic beer "Kirin Greens Free." The program, running from September 3 to November 26 over 11 sessions, targets third-year undergraduate students and above. Under Professor Kohei Shimizu, students will conduct fieldwork and discussions to create works that foster a culture where everyone—drinkers, non-drinkers, and those who cannot drink—can enjoy social drinking occasions. Outstanding works from the final presentation are slated for social implementation from 2027 onward. This initiative reflects Kirin Group's broader brand action to spread the positive value of alcohol in connecting people and society, addressing social issues such as inappropriate drinking among youth while co-creating a new, inclusive drinking culture with the next generation.
