This experiential exhibition spotlights the art of Japanese horror films, featuring works specially designed and reproduced by art directors who have long been active in the Japanese film industry. Unlike traditional haunted houses, visitors can not only see but also touch and photograph the artworks. The sets, designed with a Showa-era (1975-1985) aesthetic, allow visitors to directly experience the cleverness and ingenuity of film production design, where materials like asphalt, steel, and concrete are actually not real. All works inside the venue allow photography and videography, and the "Art Notes" corner introduces behind-the-scenes footage of horror films and the professional work of film art. The exhibition runs from September 19 to November 8, 2026 at Tokyo Dome City Gallery AaMo. Adults: 2,400 yen, high school students and under: 1,900 yen. Organized by Re: Horror Exhibition Execution Committee, planned and produced by Shochiku Obakeya Hompo.
