Approximately 250 works are on display, including pieces never before shown in Japan. At the opening ceremony, Larson's eldest daughter, Johanna Larson, shared fond memories of her mother, describing her as "special, individual, and truly fun to be with." The exhibition is structured around three facets of Larson's career: her free artistic expression as a ceramicist and sculptor, her work as an industrial designer creating prototypes for mass-produced products, and her collaborative works born from being a "source of inspiration" to diverse people. Visitors at the opening ceremony included cultural officer Adam Bey from the Swedish Embassy in Japan and Matsuya president Takehiko Furuya. The three sections occasionally overlap across the venue, conveying the trajectory of Larson's lifelong creative journey and the charm of her works.
