Sumida Ward and its executive committee have announced the inaugural "Sumida Gosai Art Festival," scheduled from September 4 to December 20. Guided by the concept of "Hokki Yoyo" (exuberant energy), the festival features a lineup of over 30 artists. The official key visual, designed by local graphic designer Kohei Sekita, deconstructs and reconstructs the kanji character for "Sumida" using vibrant colors to represent the dynamic spirit and artistic exchange of the area.
