New Discovery of the Charm of the Ikeda Collection
Summary
The Ikeda Collection, formed from the personal holdings of Nanao-born businessman Fumio Ikeda (1907–1987), was donated to Nanao City in 1988 and now resides at the Nanao Art Museum. The exhibition is divided into early and later periods, showcasing masterpieces from the collection to reveal its deep charm. It runs from June 27 to September 13, 2026, with general admission priced at 500 yen. The museum is closed on Mondays (except July 20, which is open), July 21, and August 3–6.
