The exhibition "Life's Future+" opened at MoN Takanawa: The Museum of Narratives in Tokyo's Takanawa Gateway, extending the 2025 Osaka Expo pavilion that sparked interest. Running until September 25, the show is supervised by Professor Hiroshi Ishiguro of Osaka University and uses androids to pose the question "What is life?" Visitors engage with new scenarios that confront their own choices about life and technology. The exhibition is organized into three sections, beginning with ZONE 1 ‘Life’s Future’, which traces Japan’s long history of imbuing objects with life—from clay figures and haniwa to Buddhist statues, Noh masks, and bunraku dolls—culminating in the android as the cutting‑edge embodiment of life.
