The "KOTOVA Shibuya Center-gai Exhibition" will take place at My Lab Shibuya from July 31 to August 31. This exhibition aims to encourage people to engage deeply with individual sentences in an era where words are instantly consumed on social media. The venue design is inspired by convenience stores, featuring sections such as "Words of Daily Life" and "Convenience Store Tanka" to showcase the charm of language.
A total of 46 creators, including poets, novelists, and comedians, will contribute works such as tanka, free-style haiku, diaries, and messages. Additionally, a special issue of "VACANCES" titled "Words are Born and Burst" will be published, containing exhibited works, unreleased content, and interviews related to the theme of language.
