The solo exhibition 'Air Condition' by Sōsuen is currently held at Kumamoto City Museum of Contemporary Art, which reopened on August 5 after a temporary closure due to the July 28 Kumamoto earthquake. The exhibition features video works created in collaboration with participants at Garage33 Gallery-Shelter in Kyiv, Ukraine, where Sōsuen worked with 40 individuals aged 16 to 60. The centerpiece, 'Air Condition' (2026), displays footage of participants' navels on 20 monitors, accompanied by synchronized breathing sounds.
