This article introduces the third iteration of the Photographer Project, an initiative started during the 20th anniversary of the Tokyo Spring Festival to capture musicians through the fresh perspectives of students.
For this edition, two students from Tama Art University participated. Despite limited shooting time, they captured new sides of the musicians. The only instruction provided was to include a pink cube, representing the festival's color, while leaving all composition and design choices to the students.
The resulting photographs are scheduled to be exhibited at the Tokyo Spring Festival 2027 venue.
